1. Reservations & Entry
Our venue consists of 14 private karaoke rooms available by reservation.
Reservations guarantee access to a private room but do not guarantee immediate seating without a wait time.
Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance on a rolling basis.
Minimum reservation time is one (1) hour, and can be extended in half-hour increments.
Guests under 21 may be admitted to the venue only prior to 9:00 PM (see Section 2: Underage Guest Access).
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or fail to comply with venue rules.
Outside food or beverages are not allowed on the premises, except for birthday or celebratory cakes.
2. Underage Guest Access
Admission Before 9:00 PM
Guests under 21 may enter the venue prior to 9:00 PM without a parent or guardian, provided they comply with all venue rules.
Reservations that include under-21 guests must start before 9:00 PM.
Admission After 9:00 PM (21+ Only)
Beginning at 9:00 PM, the venue operates as a 21+ establishment for all new entry and re-entry.
Under-21 guests already present may complete their reservation but may not extend, relocate rooms, or re-enter once they leave.
Alcohol Service Compliance
Alcohol may only be purchased, possessed, or consumed by guests 21+ with valid ID.
Any attempt by underage guests to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol will result in immediate removal and may be referred to law enforcement.
Bottle Service
For bottle service, all guests in the room must be 21+.
Identification Standards
Acceptable IDs: U.S. driver’s license or state ID, passport, or U.S. military ID (unexpired, legible, scannable).
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service for suspected fake/altered IDs and to document the incident.
3. Room Minimum Spend & Charges
Each karaoke room is subject to a minimum spend per hour or set package, communicated at the time of booking.
The minimum spend/package serves as a room rental fee and can be satisfied with purchases of food, beverages, or bottle service.
If purchases do not meet the minimum spend, the difference will be charged as a room fee.
If purchases exceed the minimum spend, the final bill will reflect the actual amount consumed.
Minimum spend applies to the entire reserved time period and is not prorated for early departure.
4. Deposits & Payments
A credit card hold may be required to secure select reservation types. Credit card holds will not be charged unless the reservation is canceled within 48 hours or in the event of a no-show.
The individual making the reservation is responsible for payment of the full bill.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation to avoid credit card hold charges for select reservation types.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged the credit card hold amount.
No-shows will be charged the full credit card hold amount.
6. Behavior & Intoxication
Alcohol service is at the discretion of staff and management.
Guests who appear visibly intoxicated will be refused service and may be removed without refund.
Disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal.
Guests are encouraged to use rideshare or taxi services for safe transportation. Management may assist in arranging transport but is not responsible once guests leave the premises.
7. Damages & Property
The booking guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party, including equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property (coats, phones, bags, etc.).
Lost & Found Items will be stored up to 30 days and may be discarded if not retrieved within 30 days.
8. Liability & Waivers
Guests acknowledge that participation in karaoke and nightlife activities carries inherent risks, including injury or accidents related to alcohol consumption.
By entering, guests agree to release and hold harmless the venue, its owners, and staff from liability for personal injury or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits liability imposed by applicable Dram Shop or Alcoholic Beverage Control laws.
