Access Policy – Karaoke Bar

To provide a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment, the following access rules apply to all guests. These guidelines work alongside New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law and our operating standards.

1. General Entry Requirements

  • On peak periods (Friday and Saturday), IDs are checked at the door beginning at 9:00 PM.

  • At other times, IDs are not checked at the door unless alcohol is ordered.

  • If alcohol is ordered for a room, every guest in that room must present a valid government-issued photo ID before service begins.

  • Acceptable IDs include: U.S. driver’s license or state ID, passport, or U.S. military ID (must be unexpired, legible, and scannable if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or service if identification appears invalid, altered, or counterfeit.

2. Age Requirements

  • 21+ after 9:00 PM: Beginning at 9:00 PM, our venue operates strictly as a 21+ establishment for new entry and re-entry.

  • 18–20 years old: Guests ages 18–20 may be admitted before 9:00 PM without a parent or guardian. They may remain only for the length of their reservation, but cannot extend beyond their scheduled time.

  • Under 18 years old: Any reservation that includes guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire duration of the reservation.

  • Alcohol service restrictions: Alcohol may only be purchased, possessed, or consumed by guests who are 21+ with a valid ID.

3. Room Access & Alcohol Service

  • Our venue contains 14 private karaoke rooms.

  • Alcohol will not be served if any guest in the room is under 21 years old.

4. Re-Entry Policy

  • Guests who leave the venue after 9:00 PM and are under 21 will not be permitted re-entry.

  • Management reserves the right to deny re-entry to any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive.

5. Operational Restrictions

  • Management may temporarily restrict access due to capacity limits, private events, or safety considerations.

  • Special events (holidays, concerts, buyouts) may have their own age restrictions, pricing, or entry policies, communicated at the time of booking.

  • Guests who violate access policies may be removed without refund.
